I understand the weight of uncertainty and the drive to seek more because I’ve walked this path myself. Years ago, after a successful start in Disney leadership, I found myself at an inflection point that led to a new career in executive search. This experience, coupled with my personal journey, inspired me to help others like you navigate these critical transitions. My insights have not only guided many leaders but have also been recognized in respected publications like Milwaukee Magazine.
