The company created a start-up division that enabled it to become Medtech OEM. It had a sophisticated and innovative solution that was one of the most significant game changers the industry had seen in 50 years. Allen Partners was hired as a strategic consultant to help the company understand the Medtech marketplace – from a talent perspective – and to offer guidance and recommendations as to how to build the best team.

The client needed to hire a leader who could build a team, drive revenue, and establish this start-up enterprise as a full-scale business.

Allen Partners participated in strategic working sessions as part of the “Tiger Team” that helped to explain the company’s innovative solution and present it confidentially and exclusively to a select group of potential candidates. Being able to tell the story with clarity and knowledge was a tremendous way to pique the interest of candidates whose motivations and interests were ripe for this type of opportunity. Evaluating fit, down to the core DNA of each person, was extremely important given the unique challenges this opportunity afforded and required.
